Business Development Executive – Pre-Sales IT Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile and driven professional who can handle business development/Sales. This role requires a strong blend of communication, technical understanding, and client engagement skills, especially for working with Australian clients.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, understanding requirements, and supporting the sales process with strong documentation and technical insights.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
Manage leads through CRM and ensure consistent follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (especially the Australian market)
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with offerings
Conduct discovery calls to understand client business and technical needs
Analyse requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Prepare detailed documentation (BRD, SRS, proposals, SOW, user stories)
Create presentations, estimations, and solution decks
Work closely with development teams to define scope and feasibility
Hands-on experience with Apollo.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
General Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with international clients in fluent English
Use CRM tools to track leads, communication, and deal progress
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) for research, documentation, and productivity
Stay updated with the latest IT trends (AI/ML, Cloud, Web, Mobile, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication (mandatory)
Proven ability to interact with Australian or international clients
Strong technical understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, AI/ML, Cloud, etc.)
Hands-on experience with documentation (BRD, SRS, proposals, etc.)
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Familiarity with AI tools and modern technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
0.6–2 years of experience in Business Development / Pre-Sales / Business Analysis
Experience in IT services or software development companies
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to offshore outsourcing business models
